ORDERS:

be transmitted by fax, photocopying our standard order form, by e.mail and with any data as written on our form and in particular phone numbers or from our website. Orders received are irrevocable contract for a period of 30 days from date of subscription. Absolutely not accepted telephone orders.

PACKAGING, MINIMUM ORDER, CODES WITH VARIABLE ALPHABET:

orders will be adjusted at the nearest standard pack quantity required, except where the price is indicated by the quantity required. It will not be charged any cost of packaging. No minimum order, for orders less than Euro 100,00, excluding carriage and VAT, would carry a fixed fee of Euro 5,00. For articles where there is a variable alphabet omitting in the same leave us free choise.

PRICES:

Retails price, excluding VAT and in Euro, unless errors or omissions, without carriage costs, excluding personalizations, unless different information given in the catalogue.
Prices are those in effect at the time of order and are subject to possible changes related to exchange rate and / or changing the reference values of raw materials, however, any changes will be notified before shipment ever.

PAYMENT:

Bank transfer in advance, electronic payment systems, where provided, for special or personalized works send payment by bank transfer when ordering.

TERMS OF DELIVERY:

ready, in case of lack of one or more items we reserve the right to split the order, we don’t respond to the buyer in case of missed or lated consignment, total or in part, due to reasons of transport or theft or damage.

SHIPPING:

the goods will be shipped with main Italian and international courrier, prefering the best condition. The delivery will be in carriage free, charging the amount in the invoice.

CLAIMS:

will be accepted within 3 days and if the customer will write on the consignment note: "Received subject to check the goods" photocopying this document.
For any dispute the jurisdiction is the headquarters of the producer
